We therefore accept no responsibility or liability for any defects or interruption of our service.
We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in light of any event beyond our reasonable control, (i.e.: acts of god, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought) which renders the provision of the Flower Corner Site and/or the Florist2florist Service impossible or impractical.
We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access our Web site and/or the Flower-Corner Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise provided that nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect you or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the Flower Corner products supplied
Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
Some Florist2florist products may be harmful or poisonous, please contact our Hotline if you require further information before submitting an order calling within the UK 0808 144 0808. Calling outside the UK +44 1204 452000.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Florist2florist product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Chocolates Teddy Bears and Cupcakes can only be delivered when accompanied by flowers.
When you order from Flower Corner, you are accepting that you have read and understood these terms and conditions:
Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 1300 GMT, except for Peak Times (ie. Valentine's and Mother's Day). Orders received after cut-off time will be sent for next working day(although we will try for date requested if possible). Cancellation requests will only be possible before or up to 1300 hrs the day before delivery day/date. Please write or E-mail your request. Telephone Cancellations will not be accepted. Our address is to be found in contact us. If the area you requested is not covered we will contact you immediately.

All UK destined orders placed before 13:00 GMT are guaranteed to be delivered the same day (if required), except when the order is placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Sunday delivery is by prior arrangement - please call us to arrange this. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched next day.
All International Deliveries (external to the UK) may take up to 3 working days to deliver. Please note that if we experience problems with your international order, it may take up to 3 working days before you are notified of this.
